Senior Property Coordinator
Debbie has been with E.E.N. since April of 1996. Debbie has over ten years experience managing properties, working closely with the Housing Authority and local police departments. She coordinates over 145 units located throughout the East Bay area.

Accounts Receivable/Property Coordinator
Erika processes Accounts Receivable and is the Property Coordinator for several properties throughout the East Bay. Erika has been with E.E.N. since November of 2006.

Crystal works closely with E.E.N.’s Oakland properties and is up to date on the Fair Housing laws in Oakland.

Renee handles the coordination of change of ownership of new properties, assists the front desk when needed and manages Special Projects for staff.

Dora is a Property Coordinator for apartment complexes and Single Family Homes in both Solano and Contra Costa Counties

Kelly has been with E.E.N. Property Management since December of 1983. Kelly has an A.A. Degree in business. She has held a California real estate license since 1986 and has served as E.E.N.’s Broker since 1992. Kelly handles the marketing and sales of complexes and single-family properties and oversees the entire operations of E.E.N, including its more than 55 employees and its property portfolio.
